5 STEP COURSE:
You deserve to feel nurtured and taken care of. You do this for so many other people. Life can be challenging! You might feel like you deserve a treat for all the stress you deal with. Perhaps you are using food to manage difficult emotions.
You will learn what true nourishment, body acceptance and emotional health are and how they affect your wellness and confidence. You will do this without restrictions and a scarcity mindset as you have in the past. The new approach will be one of mindfulness, peaceful eating and sustainable results. How does that sound?
In just 5 classes, you will learn the root cause of emotional eating and what you can do to make peace with food, your body and emotions.

Mona Tippets, RN, CLC, and Kristen Stum, CLC are passionate about mental health and physical wellness. We have developed this course because we get it! The struggle is real with weight, diet and food and can sometimes feel confusing and hopeless. We have the formal training and tools to help! This year is your time to transform your mindset and finally be where you want to be.
We have developed a 5- step solution to Conquer Emotional Eating and are excited to explore what is at the root of emotional eating and how you will finally have food freedom. We use mindset tools we have learned from life coaching to work on rewiring our brains and creating habits that move you forward.

Understand the difference between physical and emotional hunger
2- What do I feel?
Learn to stop, drop into your body and feel all of your emotions
3- What do I need?
Learn what your true needs are and to meet those needs without food
4- What is in my way?
Learn mindset tools to take the place of dieting rules
5- What is my plan?
Use tools and resources to make a plan to experience peace with food, your body and emotions and Conquer Emotional Eating!
Can I also do 1:1 coaching?
Yes! Your relationship to food is unique and if you would like to take a deeper dive with either Mona Tippets or Kristen Stum, we both offer individual coaching sessions.
