I am passionate about mental health and physical wellness. The struggle is real with weight, diet, mindset and food and can sometimes feel confusing and hopeless. I have lost and gained weight many times and know it is so frustrating! I created this coaching course with us in mind.
I will provide a safe, compassionate and transformative space for you. You will gain valuable insights and feel resourced as you learn to eat intentionally and intuitively using mindset tools over dieting rules.
You will be able to rewire your brain and learn skills that stick and that will move you forward during and after medically supported weight loss.
